Hello From Matt

Hi All,
I know many of you through the rescue but for those who don't know me my name is Matt Aberi. I live in Irondequoit with my wife Heidi and our 3 dogs: Earl, Karma and Kayden.
I'm currently fostering for PLR now and will continue to do so when I can. I'm also very willing to help out in other areas as well.

Jenn got a call from a neighbor indicating that Sign was being kept chained up in the backyard all the time without any shelter. Jenn did a drive by and found her laying in the dirt in the hot sun without any shade or water. The son of the owners didn't want her anymore and neither did the parents so they turned her over
After getting her home we pretty quickly determined she was deaf. We've been using sign language with her for basic obedience and I started her on a vibration collar last night to get eye contact from her when she is off leash and not looking at you.
I have someone interested in her so hopefully things will pan out

Yes, Eric owns the gym I go to
I asked him to put together a list of traits they are looking for in a dog. This dog will be a "gym dog" and will need to be very social with a lot of different people of all ages so I'd like to give him a couple of different options.
Once I have the list I was going to touch base with Jenn to put together a list of dogs for them to meet
